Profile Description

I am an IT Professional with 11 years of experience with various technological skills and knowledge such as Programming, Technical Support Specialist, System Administrator, And Networking. 

My latest job was as a Level 2 Support Technician. A remote job MSP company in Vancouver namely Quicktech. My daily duties are to provide Technical Support for our Clients with varying levels of IT Technical Support through Calls, remote, or email via Ticketing system.I also create and maintain comprehensive documentation relating to the Client's Company information such as Credentials, SOP and Knowledge bases. I also handle NOC Tickets or administer the network and IT Infrastructure Alerts provided by our RMM tool which is N-Central and resolve issues, anomalies, or threats before they could affect business operations or that could lead to future problems related to service or compliance of a certain Clients. I also help our clients to contact 3rd party support if needed to assist the technical issues further.
Before that, I work as a technical support engineer here in the Philippines at Camel Appliances. This is an In-House IT. My core responsibilities were like a system administrator where in I worked closely with our whole IT infrastructure; daily providing technical support from the end user's computer up to the server level support. I am also responsible for implementing new system/s from liasing for new equipment, installation and configuration of IT Devices and servers, Hardening, else implementing it in our virtual environment such as the creation of VMs that will ever meet the requirements for the project. with that said I also manage and administer the core IT services such as Active Directory, Exchange, Endpoint Anti-virus, Meraki Network, vCenters, storages, backup solutions, and firewalls of the organization all over the branches in the Philippines. 

Then I also worked as an IT/Marketing Assistant in one of the companies in Dubai which is ARASCA Medical Equipment. As an IT My core duties there is Daily Managing our servers including Email server, Storage, File, Active Directory, SAP Server, and Symantec Endpoint. I also manage our Network, Firewall and Provide Technical Support to the organization.
As a Marketing assistant, I manage our Website and other social media platforms, Creating advertisements, Marketing collaterals such as designing Magazines, News Letters, Brochures, etc.
