I started off my career as an Executive Assistant and then I switched to a Customer Service Representative 5 years ago in a BPO company where I performed and deal with Customer order statuses, returns, and logistics duties, handling PayPal disputes and Chargeback on a daily basis.
Mainly, I am highly competent in this line of job.
I am always looking to build my skills and would be open to new challenges. I am very much comfortable working as a Customer Service Representative which I think has really sharpened me in this field.
