Profile Description

Proficient in managing all aspects of the transaction process, including contract preparation, listings, addendums, inspections, appraisals and customer service. 
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, agents, and lenders. 
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, and state-specific requirements.
Proficient in using transaction management software and other real estate tools and technologies 
Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines with  state-specific requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.  Utilize transaction management software and other real estate tools and technologies to streamline the process and improve efficiency.
