I recently completed formal training in freight brokerage and truck dispatching, and I'm ready to bring that knowledge to a trucking company, freight brokerage, or logistics team that needs a reliable, detail-oriented VA.

What I can help with:
• Dispatching and coordinating loads with drivers and carriers
• Searching and booking loads through load boards
• Tracking shipments and updating TMS platforms
• Handling calls, emails, and follow-ups with brokers, shippers, and drivers
• Managing schedules, documents, and communication across Outlook, Gmail, and MS Teams
• Creating simple visuals and materials in Canva

Tools & platforms I'm trained on:
TMS Platforms, Load Boards, CRM Platforms, Microsoft Office, Outlook, MS Teams, Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Meet), Google Maps, Zoom, Canva.

I'm new to the industry professionally, but I've put in the work to learn the fundamentals of dispatching and freight operations — hours of appointment scheduling, driver communication, load negotiation basics, and TMS navigation.

I'm looking for a long-term role where I can apply my training, grow with a team, and become a dependable part of your operations. I communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and take ownership of tasks without needing constant supervision.
