This involves carefully reviewing user-generated content, whether it's text, images, or videos, to make sure it follows the platform’s guidelines. I’m comfortable removing or flagging anything that’s inappropriate, harmful, or violates policies, and I take fairness and consistency seriously when applying those rules. I know how important it is to respond to user reports quickly and to escalate more serious issues when necessary. I’m also familiar with using moderation tools to track and manage tasks efficiently. For me, attention to detail, good judgment, and emotional resilience are key to doing this role well, and I’m confident in my ability to bring all of that to the table.

Reach potential customers with real estate needs and offer the best deals and services.

Monitor each post or upload on a social media platform and decide whether or not it requires a response. Ensuring items are placed in the right category, are free from scams, doesn't include any illegal items, and much more.

Customer support assists customers with their concerns such as order tracking, order placing, sales management, etc.

Email marketing sending emails to customers and business partners for new products and deals. Contact management and customer support.

Product research and assist with the virtual rollout of new line products.
