I am an experienced bookkeeper with a thorough understanding of accounting principles and hands-on expertise with bookkeeping responsibilities.
I was in charge of keeping accurate financial records, balancing accounts, and creating financial reports. I always make sure that financial data is accurate and that reporting procedures were optimized by paying close attention to details and having a solid understanding of accounting tools like QuickBooks.

Furthermore, I am also an experienced Customer Service Representative having excellent communication skills bringing top-notch skills in oral and written communication, active listening, and analytical problem-solving skills. Enhances customer experiences by employing service-oriented behaviors, understanding customer desires, and providing customized solutions to build loyalty.  

I am experienced in handling Shopify Accounts. I help in product listing, place orders, and process returns, and exchanges. I do photo editing in Photoshop to enhance the product listing and make product descriptions.
I attend to customer complaints and I ensure customer service satisfaction for the customers.
