I have 2 years of work experience fromUpgrade to see actual infoas a data encoder from 2 BPO companies. Worked as document analyst from a publishing company based in the US. My skill in typing improved more and part of it is being a pre editor and post editor wherein I checked mostly on grammar and proper usage of commas and spacing.
I was a customer service representative too fromUpgrade to see actual info. I have learned how to communicate in English well. Improved my skills in multitasking. Have resolved complaints and escalations and conducted teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and product updates. I've stayed for that job for 5 years and enjoyed being a team player.
I worked also as a claims processor from Australian General insurance for 2 years too. Learned email management and still communicating with customers overseas. My typing skills have improved more and been consistently receiving 100 QA scores on every job done. I worked as one of the POC of the team too and was a knowledge custodian and updated product training materials. Attended client meetings whenever the manager is not around.
My last job as a chat support officer from an Australian and New Zealand Network provider and still enhanced my multitasking skills and improve my typing skills more and improve my grammar wherein I provide service to our customers via chat, email, and calls. Part of the job is to offer sales, by upgrading their subscription as part of the resolution. Right now I'm currently working mortgage loan officer with a direct client who is a broker based in New Zealand. I process the loan, process refixes that is due for expiry. This is an end-to-end process that I learned and still learning. We are using CRM, Microsoft Teams, Hubstaff, and outlook to monitor my work.
