I am a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a unique combination of creative design skills and administrative precision. I come from a background in Development Communication, where I served as Associate Editor for a school publication and Treasurer for a 50+ member organization. These roles taught me how to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with diverse teams.

Customer Engagement: I have experience in retail where my main responsibility is communicate with costumers regarding products and drive them to our store. I know how to listen to customers, resolve issues, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
Data Entry & Admin: I work with Microsoft Word and Excel. To make up for my lack of VA background experience, I have completed mock data entry projects to sharpen my accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Graphic Design: I have designed promotional materials, publication layouts, and brand mockups. I can create eye-catching graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and business presentations using Canva and other design tools.
