I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing Management. Being reliable, honest, hardworking, focused, and productive are always the traits that I always would like to show to my clients. I have a huge background in terms of Customer service and an extensive edge in terms of Sales. I spent my last 5 years(2014) working in the biggest BPO companies here in the Philippines, under Telecommunication Accounts Base in the United States and Australia.

I was a Floor supervisor with my last BPO company, where I learned my administrative and leadership skills. I have a very strong foundation in terms of call handling both inbound and outbound calls, great phone Ethics, and excellent multitasking skills. These are just a few of what I can offer to your company and prove my efficiency just as I proved in my previous workplaces. I can communicate well with clients and my time management skills and the capability to do a number of works make me an ideal candidate for a job post.


Currently, in my role as an E-commerce specialist, customer support representative, and backend support, my main duty is to guarantee the precision and reliability of our client's data in our system. I have a significant role in keeping client profiles up to date, which is essential for the smooth running of our platform.
