I have an experience being an eCommerce VA. I also worked as an Email, Inbound and Chat Support Representative for Online Shopping accounts for more than 7 years using Zendesk, xLite, Salesforce, Gorgias, and SnapEngage as the main tools for communication with customers. I am also an experienced VA for Amazon and Shopify Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with sellers and Seller Support was included in my task as well. During these times, I was given the opportunity to become the Point of Contact of the team and was able to handle a maximum of 15 people. I was also able to communicate directly both with sellers and buyers and was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert Upgrade to see actual info was my responsibility to manage and assist agents on handling complex scenarios and complaints. Doing Supervisor’s calls to resolve clients’ complaints in an efficient and faster way is my task as well. With these experiences, I am now capable and was trusted to become a Team Lead.I am always adaptable to changes and a fast learner who is always willing to learn.
