5. Verifying certifications, conducting background checks, and coordinating onboarding and scheduling processes.
6. Assisting management with SOP creation, administrative support, and operational improvements.
7. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, and in-person coordination.
Supporting day-to-day operations, database management, data entry, and workflow organization.
8. Communicating with clients, applicants, and tea ---------- mbers through phone, email, and text communication.
9. Training tea ---------- mbers in recruitment, onboarding, and administrative procedures.
Assisting clients with payroll setup and creating step-by-step onboarding guides for applicants.
10 Coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams within a marketing environment to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

I am proficient in Google Workspace, WellSky, ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, Craigslist, Canva, Airtable, Trello, and various ATS and project management platforms, helping streamline recruitment, HR, and operational processes efficiently.

I am persistent, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a strong communicator in English. I am passionate about supporting growing teams and contributing to efficient operations and successful recruitment outcomes.
