I am a graduate with an Associate Degree in Computer Technology and a Certificate in Culinary Arts. I have been in the customer service industry for 8 years and worked with various lines of businesses such as telecommunications, retail, banking and finance, payment processor, and, travel and leisure. During the pandemic, I switched to freelancing and got hired as a Live Chat Support with Lead Generation and Email Marketing. There I provided inbound customer support via live chat. I also, helped our B2B department with lead generation and email marketing where I used a number of CRMs and tools such as Pipedrive, Upgrade to see actual info, Neverbounce, Live Chat, Slack, Sling, LinkedIn sales navigator, Upgrade to see actual info, and Google Workspace.
