I’m a dedicated and experienced e-commerce Shopify Virtual Assistant with a freelancing career that began in 2017. Initially starting as a Social Media Manager, I’ve since expanded my skill set to cover a broad range of e-commerce tasks. I have hands-on experience in managing customer support through platforms like Facebook Messenger, Zendesk, PrivateEmail, Gmail, and Gorgias, as well as page moderation, product research, and supplier research on Aliexpress.

My primary focus is on Shopify, where I bring valuable expertise, including:
-Setting up collections and managing products (importing via Oberlo and Dropified)
-Writing compelling product descriptions
-Setting up product variants and managing inventory levels
-Configuring product pricing and discounts
-Handling order management, including order fulfillment, tracking, and updating customers on their order status
-Managing returns, exchanges, and refunds
-Uploading and updating product photos and videos

In addition to Shopify tasks, I manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest, and excel in project management and data entry.
