Personnel Records & Administration
• Maintained comprehensive 201 files and monitored validity of pre-employment requirements including NBI clearances, police clearances, and medical records.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Conducted initial screenings and structured interviews for rank-and-file and contractual applicants to assess cultural fit and role alignment.
• Administered and evaluated pre-employment psychological assessments and skills tests to ensure quality talent selection.
• Facilitated the end-to-end onboarding process and conducted company orientations for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with corporate policies.
• Represented the company in local job fairs and specialized recruitment events to proactively source applicants and build a diverse talent pool.
