Profile Description

        I have been in the call center industry for over 3 years now. I perfectly know how telesales work. Appointment setting is really my forte, both physical (face-to-face) or phone appointments. I have handled Business with Consumers (BSC) and Online Upgrade to see actual infoom lead generation, Telco accounts such as Mobile, Home Phone and Broadband, Fetch TV services, Wireless Internet, and Fiber Optics Broadband. My experience led me to what I am getting right now. I am confident that I can give good results in whatever task given. I am a fast learner and always open to new challenges.
           I am an expert in Telemarketing and Customer Service for voice, chat, and email support.  I also have an Appointment Setting and Cold Calling experience for a Telco account. 
           For 3 years, I developed many of the skills required for any job, including answering phones and email, and basic tasks using the computer. I also have some basic background in Facebook marketing and managing my own online store page.
         I work as an appointment setter for nearly 3  years for a B2C and B2B account, I also work for a retail account. Taking orders and doing a little customer support on the side. I also do sales for an e-learning platform offering different courses,
