Profile Description

I am a customer service specialist for more than 7 years of experience.
With these experiences, I acquired great client communication skills, enhanced critical thinking and problem skills while using different CRM and system tools provided by clients. Taking on multiple roles, and engaging with clients on a day to day basis making sure needs are met and satisfied while maintaining confidentiality and work life balance. During my stint as an associate, I made sure to meet my KPI in customer satisfaction, handling time and attendance, which eventually helped me advance in my career as a scrubber, providing admin support to leadership, taking over escalated interactions, and organized motivating perks and events for our doers. This helped improved the site scores, and overall environment and well being of our frontliners. I eventually earned my business trainer certification, being the 2nd chat support trainer all over the Philippines for the account in all sites. As a trainer, I improved greatly on my admin skills, I created and delivered training curriculums that improved communication skills of our front liners, also providing business needs training for tenured reps, that helped individual and team performance of our site.
