Profile Description

I am an HR professional with 2.5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations based in Baguio City, Philippines. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) certification, and have completed 30 graduate units in MS Psychology — giving me both the practical and theoretical foundation to support people-focused workplaces.
In my most recent role as Human Capital OIC, I led end-to-end recruitment, managed employee relations, implemented HR policies, and introduced mental health and wellness programs in the workplace. I am experienced in handling the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding and offboarding.
I am currently available for part-time remote work and am looking to support small to medium businesses with their HR and people operations needs. I am a fast learner, highly organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
