Hi! I'm a 31 year-old professional with a passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service. I’m currently seeking a remote customer support position where I can bring my experience, strong communication skills, and positive energy to a great team.

I have over more than 3 years of experience in email and customer support, where I’ve handled customer inquiries, resolved issues efficiently, and maintained a high level of satisfaction all while using platforms like Zendesk to manage tickets and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Before that, I worked as a sales representative and a food and beverage supervisor, giving me a strong background in customer-facing roles and fast-paced environments.

I previously helped run a small travel agency business with my partner, where I manage client bookings, coordinate with suppliers, and provide ongoing support so I know the importance of responsiveness, organization, and clear communication.

I’m a proud mom to a bright and adventurous 6-year-old daughter, and I love traveling and learning about new places. Remote work gives me the opportunity to continue growing professionally while being present for my family.
