As a Customer Success Manager I handle UGC client accounts, resolve website technical issues, manage email warmup strategies, monitor sender reputation, and ensure clients achieve their goals with minimal friction. As a Project Manager I have led enterprise project delivery at Accenture across IT, operations, and business programs, managing cross-functional teams, timelines, stakeholder communications, and quality standards simultaneously. I am certified in Agile, Scrum, and Predictive Project Management through PMI and hold a Certified Project Manager credential from SkillUp. I am also a PRC licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser based in the Philippines with active practice through my sole proprietorship, Realaya Real Estate Services. I provide property brokerage, valuation, and appraisal services for buyers, sellers, developers, and investors across the Philippine market.
