I can help you list your properties through different booking platforms like Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Traveloka, Expedia, etc. Furthermore, I am also aware of how PMS works, like Beds24, Guesty, Lodgify, and more. Lastly, I can optimize your listings and can do a competitor's check as a pricing strategy. I may not have prior experience as a Property Manager, but I am confident that the knowledge and understanding that I have of property management can help you with your business. I can help you with guest communications, reservations, how to handle concerns, file a claim, etc. In addition, I also took up a course for Facebook Ads. I learned how to boost, run ads campaign and making the right/target audience for the ads.
