We are troubleshooting Zscaler VPN and assigning access to it via Azure AD

We use Azure Active directory in password reset, unlocking or enabling an account, bitlocker passwords, adding and removing security memberships.

We troubleshoot outlook issues via remote, we help user recreating email profile if needed, install ad-ins to outlook. Uninstall and reinstall outlook

We are using Microsoft Entra in resetting MFA and resetting password of employees. We also check certain access if given via entra.

WE are using Service Now in creating and receiving IT incident tickets. We are also using it as a basis on how to create articles for troubleshooting steps

We work and troubleshoot VMware issues, reset VDI session via VDI admin and re-add or remove application inside VMWare

We are the one providing sharepoint access to employess upon request
