I have experience in basic computer troubleshooting since we studied how to assemble computers and hardware devices. I worked as a customer sales representative of a specific digital and communication brand. My responsibilities were assisting customers with their inquiries and needs, promoting and endorsing the products we handle and making customers to purchase the product I handled. I also introduce, promote and do social media marketing of our product by posting, making presentation or visual of our product and making short/simple video. I also solved technical problems and did basic troubleshooting if customers experienced problems or difficulties with the item they purchased.
After years of working as a customer sales representative, I worked as a customer service representative in a BPO company.
