Assist and resolve any issues encountered/reported related to the
infrastructure of our clients using ITIL’s best practices. Make sure we
have the best relationship with our third parties and vendors by
always responding to their emails and call professionally.

Monitor our platforms for any outage, reported issues and immediately
find out the reason why by checking the logs in AWS and browser
Developer Tools. Perform a manual testing on our platforms to check if
the platform’s UI and behavior are still same as Figma by accessing it
on the main browsers of Desktops and Mobiles. Facilitate tournaments
and monitor the tournament for any issues from the players and
immediately resolve it by performing all the health checks and correct
questioning to the users/players.
