Hi, my name is Blair, and I am applying for a post in your company. I have worked in the BPO industry for almost five years, and throughout those years, I have handled different tasks and played various roles.

I started working as a Sales and Billing Associate for an American service provider, where I was able to hone my communication skills by encountering various types of customers on a daily basis. After that, I worked as a Technical Advisor for an American construction, mining, and engineering equipment company. I mainly worked with business owners as a parts specialist, did case handling, and some soft sales.

Some time after that, I worked as a virtual assistant for an American digital personal assistant app. In this role, my responsibilities included meal planning, calendar scheduling, doctor?s appointments, and providing day-to-day assistance based on client needs.

I also have leadership experience, as I worked as a Subject Matter Expert for customer service for a vitamin company based in America. I served as the point of contact for the team in a client-facing capacity, and in this role, I handled e-commerce tasks, worked with various tools such as Shopify, managed de-escalations, and assisted with social media management.
