Profile Description

I have almost 8 years of experience working in the BPO industry. Previously, when I worked as a Bilingual CSR my job was simply taking inbound and outbound calls. I worked for travel and financial accounts (billing, collections, credit card). It was fun however it came to a point wherein I wanted to learn more and expand my knowledge, so I started searching for a new opportunity and found my luck in Talent Acquisition. I was very eager to learn and I found myself in a comfort zone doing the following tasks:
1.Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates
2. Mediating between candidates and hiring managers
3.Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
4. Coordinates interviews and performs administrative tasks as the team's bilingual specialist (Spanish)
5. Caters internal and external customer support queries such as application status, follow-ups nd other candidate queries.
6. Creating and sending job offers
7. Arrange travel/ organize calendar of activities.
