I am an experienced Customer Care Specialist that handles chat/emails/calls. I've also had a background as a Quality Analyst for 3 years and as a Team Manager - Operations managing 18 customer care agents responsible for writing emails and answering escalation calls for almost 2 years.
Also, I've handled admin tasks like data entry, managing excel files for score sheets, power point presentation, email management, client calls, and etc.
I am a highly motivated, committed, and passionate individual with a call center background and have worked
remotely for five years, eager to join your organization. I am passionate about managing, coaching, mentoring, and
honing people. I love this job for the opportunity to earn on the side and pursue an opportunity that will allow me to grow professionally, while effectively utilizing my skill to help promote corporate mission and exceed team goals.
