Profile Description

I am a dedicated and ambitious aspiring Virtual Assistant, eager to make significant contributions to the company, its personnel, and clientele. Through several months of intensive internship training, I have acquired diverse experience spanning various domains, including Human Resources, guidance offices, clinical facilities, and community engagement activities.

My one-year tenure as an ESL tutor has cultivated adaptability, a team-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills. Additionally, I have undergone specialized training , wherein my responsibilities encompass billing and compensation procedures, monitoring confirmed and unconfirmed shifts, updating and adding contractor shifts, managing timesheets, generating scheduling reports, crafting welcome emails, issuing shift reminders, and maintaining the direct deposit sheet. Also, I have 1 year experienced as a scheduler in Home healthcare  agencies, wherein my duties is scheduling therapists  to different clients depending on their needs.  

My proactive, system-oriented, hardworking, tech-savvy, communicative, and collaborative attributes enable me to operate flexibly and efficiently, whether working independently or as an integral part of a team.
