With my nearly 8 year-tenure in the BPO business, with a total of 11 months of experience in the support role in the industry, I believe I would be a perfect fit for this position. During my stint with my first 2 companies, I was an exemplary associate supporting accounts as customer service support and technical support.
Upon moving to TDCX, I was given the chance to support a social media platform focusing on boosting advertisements offered by end users. As I progressed my career in the company, I got tapped to become a Subject Matter Expert, supporting new hires for 9 months. Thereafter, I got promoted as an Ops Final Interviewer, focusing on hiring suitable candidates to our account.
