Do audits for previous policies that were issues
Address certificate of insurance requests from banks and clients
Make sure endorsements are accurate depending on the carrier site of insured
Renew policies
Redirect calls to proper departments
Teaches Japanese nationals basic English
Sends out reports to manager of daily improvements after class
Helps students become fluent with basic English
Ensures students reach passing score during assessments
