-As my present role as chat support agent for a year
in BPO, I
do answer questions from the customers. I may also be asked to assist customers with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services. This is a customer care job where the customer and the agent communicate using instant messenger (also known as live chat).
-3 months in appointment setter for Medicare and Janitorial service in USA. We do cold calling offering our service in cleaning and the insurance for Medicare
-I have 3 years in admin & accounting assistance. I'm the one in-charge in our one branch . I organize, store and print company documents as needed. I update office policies and ensure compliance with them. I assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part. Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system.
Process invoices/bills so that they can be paid. Contact consumers to notify them of delinquent accounts and accept any payments made at the time of contact.
-I also have 5 years in sales where I Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management ,
Invoicing the product and monitoring their statement of account
And I also do Logistic like manage data for international shipments and providing support for processing the importation shipment
