As a dispatcher, I am tasked to receive job request from our 3rd party, and schedule them based on the availability of our technicians. We have our dispatch board to look at, ensuring we have set the time accurately, not overlapping with previous customers and techs are not overbooked. I also manage rescheduling, and coordinating with the centers for their emergency requests. As a dispatcher I have handled almost 40 centers who always have service requests from their customers and scheduled them efficiently providing them with 5 star service.
