Profile Description

Process technical concerns as a level 2/3 Technician on issues the Front/Service Desk
cannot resolve.
-Utilize internal and/or external resources, previous logs/tickets, and
departmental communications to aid users with their technical problems.
-Utilize Azure Endpoint, SCCM, Active Directory, and other IT Tools for hardware,
machine configuration, provisioning, Token authentication, and software management
to resolve specific issues for the user. 
-Process New Hire and Termination requests for their hardware requirements or
return.
-Operate automation as per machine requirements for users depending on their need
such as New Hire request, Break Fix, and Hardware Refresh using Auto Pilot Azure via
Endpoint/SCCM
Process requests as per needed using Service Desk access levels. 
-Engage with physical and onsite projects such as Hardware uprades and Asset
Disposal
-Answer all incoming calls and creating a ticket by documenting the reported issue and
all prominent details, if ticket has not been created yet. 
-Utilize Connectwise Ticketing and Connectwise Labs tool for ticket creation, remote
control and monitoring -Respond to tickets submitted quickly and acknowledge ownership of the case
Start troubleshooting & resolving the issue presented according to the specified SLA’s
(Service Level Agreements) 
-Troubleshoot and provide IT support remotely to technical issues involving;
Microsoft’s core business applications
Office 365 admin portal
Operating systems, Network Devices, Printer, Scanner and production applications
XRAY, iCAT, iTERO machines and applications
New User Onboarding and User Termination
Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
