Profile Description

First point of contact for clients, partners, and leads by assisting them via phone calls, chats, and emails. I also provide tailor solutions to clients whose queries are mostly composed of the development of their store (e.g. adding menu, pages, collections, blogs), setting up their admin (e.g. adding/editing shipping rates, navigation, reports, staffing), billing, legal matters, applications, themes, domains. I also help them troubleshoot technical errors encountered within their website both frontend and backend.
