Most of that time was with a Canadian telecom company where things moved fast and the volume was high. On a typical day I'd handle 80+ customer contacts—phone calls, emails, account updates, service requests, and escalations. You learn quickly in that environment. You get good at staying calm when a customer is upset, finding solutions fast, and keeping everything documented accurately.
Now I'm bringing that experience to businesses like yours.
If you run an online store or a service business, or you're a busy entrepreneur—I can step in and handle the customer side of things so you can focus on growing. I've done this at scale in a corporate setting. Doing it for a small or medium business is something I'm genuinely excited about.
