Hello, my name is Lou, and I'm excited to give you an overview of my work experiences. I have been in the BPO industry for almost 8 years, and during that time, I primarily handled customer service accounts for American and international clients. My experience has allowed me to develop the necessary skills to excel in this area of work, including excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and adaptability. Although I enjoyed my years working in BPO companies, I felt the need to seek a more comfortable working environment. This led me to transition to working online, where I could work from the comfort of my own home. My first online job was with Supremeproxy LLC, where I learned how to make VPNs. It was an exciting and challenging experience that opened my eyes to new possibilities in the online world. Following this, I worked for NTXGlow LLC, where I was responsible for managing email, blog posts, and the online store on Shopify. My responsibilities included inventory updates, pricing, invoicing, and order fulfillment. My hard work and dedication led to me being referred to Illumaesthetic LLC, where I handled the same tasks. I also worked with Aaron who owns Home Bar Select and Motion Selection an E-commerce dropshipping company where my tasks were different, he has a land flipping business where I pulled out price comps and scrub land data to any land platform manually. There are times I made blog posts as well for his website with underserved topics and keywords that have high buying intent and low competition with the help of chatGPT. Although my experiences may not be extensive, I am eager and willing to learn new skills and work hard to provide excellent results for your company.
