I am ---------- ---------- , 40 years old, currently residing in the Philippines. I took a B.S. in Psychology at the University of San Carlos.

I worked as a telephone operator in a hotel here in the Philippines for less than a year and moved my way to the BPO Industry, thus landing with Etelecare Global Solutions, which was purchased by Stream Global Solutions and is now owned by Convergys Philippines.
I have been in the industry for quite some time now, it has been 10 years, andI still love the job. I couldn't get away with this field because it's my innate passion for helping people.

I have been promoted to SME, Subject Matter Expert. I have passed and exceeded all metrics asked for in call handling time, Transfers, Customer Service Satisfaction Survey, and most importantly Sales. Then I became a Team Leader and was able to handle different people and attitudes,s but was able to surpass and deliver.
I have been equipped with tools, and a lot of them, both easy and complicated ones. Excel, Windows,s Word, and email support, CRM, Amazon, and a whole lot more. I am a champion when it comes to multitasking, I learn easily, and am very open-minded. I love to shuffle numerous tasks at once and will go the extra mile to get things done.

I am trained to do outbound calls for follow-up. Processed claims and orders, Chat and Email Support, Bills and Refunds, Shipments, technical issues, and retention on thesided,e too.
I don't have issues with graveyard shifts because I'm very much used to them.
