Prior to the first two mentioned, I was a casino cage cashier for one of the first resort-hotel-casinos here in the Philippines exposing me further to different people from all walks of life and augmenting my ability to perform effectively under pressure. I held these jobs after working as a kitchen steward for Jollibee (a major Philippine fast-food chain) when I was a teenager. My last employment was with SiTEL (a BPO company) where I represented a major US retail company present in nearly all fifty US states, Dubai, and online.
My work experiences demanded constant coordination with different departments - from sales and billing to shipping, to field teams - mobilizing company resources to fulfill any task at hand. Each taught me that communication, knowledge of the product one sells, and understanding of the service one provides are all imperative to achieving client satisfaction and retention thereby positively impacting the company I represent.
I am an Applied Mathematics undergraduate from the University of the Philippines. I pride myself on my logical and creative problem-solving and acute attention to detail. I learn fast, I multitask, and I am highly motivated.
