Profile Description

I am an IT Consultant and expert in the field of diagnosing networking problems. With my 10 years of experience as Customer Service/ Network Engineer, I believe that my skills will be of great help to those who need technical assistance or any other network-related issues such as high-end routers, switches, adapters, gaming consoles, computer tune-up, and the like. Working in the BPO industry, I get to experience different challenging work that requires so much pressure because I have to meet deadlines and hit the targets required. With the length of service, I've learned that working as a technician doesn't just simply require you to focus on fixing customers' concerns but you must also have great customer service. They should always come together. I've been through several training to enhance my skills and be more flexible so I can better assist our clients with satisfaction. Aside from working in BPO, I was employed in an eCommerce business and worked as a Customer Service agent. I handled multiple tasks. I monitor day-to-day activities in the online business which includes responding to emails, follow-up, and processing refunds, pacifying irate customers, responding to customer complaints, catering online chat, receiving inbound calls, and processing callbacks if needed. I was also tasked to manage social media like Facebook to invite more followers. After working in eCommerce, I also work in a real estate company handling a variety of tasks from Admin until I moved to the maintenance department. With my work experience, I believe I can be an asset to any team or support.
