Profile Description

Working in the BPO industry for over 11 years now, I can say with confidence that I have different skills that would work well with different job roles.
I started off as a Customer Service Rep and then Teleresearcher and also did a little Telesales where I learned basic phone skills and gained confidence communicating with Americans as well as get a preview on what it's like to work in the BPO industry.
Then, as an Order Manager, I understood the importance of logistics for the company and basically felt genuinely concerned about deadlines and turnaround times. For a short time, I was also in Finance which gave me a view on Credit and Billing.
It was as a Team Leader where I was able to enhance my leadership skills and had the opportunity to find solutions to problems my own way and was also able to dip my toes into recruitment.
Later, as a Human Resource Supervisor, I acquired an understanding of office administration and was able to further practice my Recruitment skills.
In 2010, I started working online and been handling different roles such as Web Researcher, Transcriptionist, Data Entry and Appointment Setter, which helps me further enhance the skills I've acquired through the years. My latest home-based role was as an Operations Manager for an e-commerce business where I was in charge of the entire Operations with a focus on Order Management and Customer Service.
