Profile Description

I am currently working as a Performance Coach at RELX | Reed Elsevier Philippines. My areas of interest include Quality control, Training Delivery, Computer Hardware, Content writing, Digital Project Management, and Windows. I believe in proper and engaging coaching impacts better agent performance. Able to work independently, but I am also a team player. Looking forward to the opportunity where I can enhance my skills through working in a dynamic environment for the growth of an organization, thereby contributing positively towards its growth.

I currently support the team's knowledgebase, engaging the team via phone, email and chat. I also do ad-hoc tasks that is within scope of support. Furthermore, I am very adaptable to most situations; if given the proper time and experience to have a hands-on approach. Furthermore, I was an SME to one of my previous processes where I was consulted to man the automation project for my business unit.

I am also trained on how to relay my knowledge to other people; by communicating, creating guides and even providing feedback at times.

On my spare time, especially on weekends I often develop my patience and concentration with archery.
