Just to update my skills, for the past years, I’ve been involved in Amazon, both in Online Arbitrage and Seller Central management.  I am also skilled in Shopify and all platform of social media management. I also tried to build my own channel on Youtube with a specific niche to improve on content creation and video editing, as well as advertising and marketing my own channel and page. 

I've been working as Backend Website Administrator for 4 different website. I functioned as Customer Service Representative with task of answering inbound calls, doing outbound calls. At the same time, I am a Chat and Email Support Representative. During my idle time, I work on SEO task, email marketing, social media works for different social medias including video making for Youtube. I work with very little supervision from my managers. I had given the privilege to manage my own task on a daily basis. As for me, I work as if the success of the business depends on my effectiveness as a representative, SEO experts, social media manager and administrator of our websites.I did some freelance work for building Shopify websites. Product Upgrade to see actual infotting up social media and eventually building them. I enjoyed providing content as well as creating graphics for the accounts.I was a web support specialist.assistance in managing customer's websites. Managing by updating their content, customizing their design to whatever customer wants their website to be. My skill in photoshop and God given creativity has helped me in meeting/exceeding customer's request. If there are software/tools needed, I am definitely willing to learn them. I also enjoy answering customer's queries or assisting customers via email. I get satisfaction from issue's resolved at the end of my shift.Also, I've been part of the call center industry for about 4 years. My experience in providing excellent customer service will definitely help me if I get a job that will entail customer interaction in any form. I enjoy communicating and resolvingissues. I am capable of answering about 100 calls in about 8 hours of shift. I used to be part of the Billing Department of a big company in US. I am capable of resolving billing concerns. I was also handling credit reports and provide decision on what to do with a certain concern based on the policy.
