I have a year of experience in taking customer orders via phone, ensuring orders are complete and accurate, including customer information, product details, quantities, and pick-up/delivery addresses. I was reskilled to do ID verification, where we verified the authenticity of IDs and selfies submitted by driver applicants, comparing them against official databases, and identifying and reporting any discrepancies or fraudulent activities. In November 2020, I was one of the teammates to pilot a team where we reviewed escalated cases before sending them to the higher department; if the workflow had been followed, documentation was complete, and the contact was aware of the next step in his/her concern.
