I've worked across Web2 and Web3 environments, from scaling a London-based startup as COO to managing communities for NFT projects in Australia, so I understand how to build systems that actually hold up across time zones, team sizes, and industries.

Operations & Project Management - SOPs, cross-functional team leadership, resource allocation, QA processes, and post-project reviews. I've led projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery.

AI Workflow Automation - Proficient with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Codeium, and Cowork. I build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for documentation, reporting, content, and team alignment, not just using AI tools, but integrating them into how teams work daily.

Marketing & GTM - Campaign execution, content scheduling, social media management, and go-to-market strategy with a data-backed approach.
