Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of wearing different hats within the customer service field for over 6 years and counting. I started as a customer service agent, immersing myself in the art of providing top-notch service and building strong client relationships. As I progressed, I took on the roles of mentor and team lead, where I had the privilege of guiding and supporting my colleagues while also learning valuable leadership skills.

Being a team lead taught me how to manage a diverse group of individuals and foster a collaborative and positive work ---------- om overseeing daily operations to ensuring customer satisfaction targets were met, I thrived in a fast-paced environment that required exceptional organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.

I take pride in myself for building strong connections with both clients and colleagues. I firmly believe that great communication is the foundation of success, and I've honed my interpersonal and communication skills to a tee.
