Profile Description

I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for various companies handling diverse accounts & products, most of which are with AT&T.

I've also worked for an airline as a ticketing agent, and a customer care agent, which would also mean that I've handled GDS tools, specifically Amadeus.

Moreover, I've worked with KLM Airines as a Social Media Consultant, which I am to assist passengers in creating, rebooking, and modifying reservations, as well as escalating their complaints & compliments to relevant teams.

In addition, I can navigate and utilize different Microsoft programs(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Even with these various accounts that I've handled, I'm still looking for a company which I will have growth, and learnings, as well as a catalyst of a better business
