Transaction Coordinator Tasks:
- Write offers and listing agreements for MD, VA, DC
- Docusign to all parties and follow up with emails.
- Prepare missing documents and DocuSign to clients
- Responsible for placing a draft of the listing on Bright MLS
- Prepare all addenda and changes needed for any ratified contract.
- Order signs and create flyers as well as well as create just listed postcards, open house or just sold when needed. 
- Schedule showing appointments
- Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA)
- Search properties on MLS
- Add contacts on KV core and add notes to each contact

Mortgage Loan Officer Tasks:- Fill out loan application and pre approve clients- Collecting data from clients such as their assets, salaries, debts and employment status to fill in information for the loan application- Run DU and LP software- Sort and file documents electronically-  Make list of missing items and required documents- Evaluating credit histories for applications- Prepare instructions on how to improve scores and prepare detailed email- Collecting data from clients such as their assets, salaries, debts and employment status to fill in information for the loan application- Assisting Loan Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications- Fill out income calculation forms- Order VOEs, appraisal, HOI and HOA
- Gathering information for the loan application
