Transaction Coordinator Tasks:
- Prepare and submit offers and listing agreements across MD, VA, DC, FL, NJ, AZ, and TX, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state requirements.
- Manage all document flow through DocuSign, coordinating with clients, agents, and third parties to secure timely signatures and approvals.
- Identify and complete missing paperwork quickly to prevent bottlenecks in the transaction process.
- Create and upload listings on Bright MLS with attention to detail, ensuring properties are market-ready.
- Handle all contract addenda and revisions post-ratification, keeping documentation current and compliant.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating property signage, designing flyers, and creating just listed, open house, and just sold materials.
- Schedule showings and manage timelines to ensure a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and agents.
- Assist in preparing CMAs and ARVs to support accurate pricing and informed investment decisions.
- Set up automated email campaigns for buyers and tenants, improving engagement and communication.
- Build landing pages and manage CRM activities through KvCore to support lead generation and follow-up.
