HERE IS WHAT I USUALLY DO
· Cold calling and qualifying homeowners by asking if they are selling their property/s.
· Researching leads
· Entering data in excel
· Creating pipeline.
· Closing deals with the sellers.
· Sending offers and preparing the contract.
· Following through the seller and retrieving the contract with their signature.
