Profile Description

I was a communication and process trainer for Amazon Seller Support Team for 7 years. As an Amazon trainer, I handled different types of training for more than 500 FTE focusing on how we can help our Amazon Sellers better manage their Third Party Fulfilment and Fulfilment by Amazon(FBA). 

NOTE: I am currently a Lead Technical mentor for an online Amazon Business Programme for Amazon sellers in the UK. I am handling 1:1 Zoom coaching to help students with their technical needs. I am also creating recorded tutorial videos to help Amazon sellers keep up with Amazon rules and policies. 
  
Skill Set:

 **Microsoft Excel/Data Analysis/PowerPoint Presentation/Performance Improvement
- Gathering data and conducting analysis to identify AFIs of associates and operation's overall Upgrade to see actual info is very important to know the pain points of the individual/group/process to come up with the most effective plan of action to achieve success. Data analysis presentation with clients for them to have an understanding of recommended change/s which will result in performance and process improvements. 

**People Management
- Conducting coaching and team huddles to motivate and help them improve their performance. 

**Communication Skills
- Can speak without hesitation and can easily understand most conversations. Excellent command of the English language. I conduct communication training focused on basic grammar rules like subject-verb agreement, verb tenses, prepositions, and common grammar errors. This expertise helps our associates to confidently converse to our Amazon sellers. I also worked as a part-time online English tutor for kids and adults to enhance their English communication skills.
