Profile Description

The last job I held was at a drop shipping toy company. I was their Product Lister for their Shopify Site. I added/uploaded products along with their product descriptions, pricing, SKU etc. I also edited their product images, social media posts and email newsletters. Aside from those, I was also responsible for fulfilling orders in their dropshipping site, Aliexpress, Amazon, Ebay and their other sites as well. I also managed their social media accounts and did customer service both on email and on phone calls.

I had also worked as a Service Delivery Administrator. I make sure that the web developers finish building their sites flawlessly and with high quality by providing them with all the Information and access they need. I also oversee their progress and make sure that if they have roadblocks, I can come up with solutions so they can complete their work. I test their finished sites to ensure that everything is working well and will satisfy the clients' expectations.
