I keep myself informed with the latest updates regarding the UK renting system, the latest being The Renter’s Right Bill and its implications to UK lettings as a whole.
With years of experience in property lettings and management, I oversee the entire rental process from marketing to tenant move in, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. I manage landlord and tenant relationships with diligence, positivity and care, focusing on maximizing rental income, maintaining property standards and delivering an exceptional service experience across every stage of the tenancy process.
