Profile Description

I’ve been working for UK property management companies and agencies for more than 3 years. I am proud to have gained knowledge and understanding of the UK lettings industry and have helped my clients scale up the business by adding multiple properties to their portfolio during my stint with them. I am very proactive and have always been regarded as Ms Do It All.
 
Some of the main tasks I did were:
1.      Listing of available units on Spareroom and Openrent2.      Responding to tenant enquiries, screening and scheduling viewings
3.      Referencing of Prospective tenants
4.      AST preparation and issuance to new tenants
5.      Ensuring that all compliance documents are up to date and issued to new            tenants along with the AST
6.      Sending move in details and inventory list
7.      Protecting/Unprotecting Deposits
8.      Tenant communication and maintenance issues coordination

I am proficient with property management tools and apps like Spareroom, Openrent, Coho, Arthur Online, Rentila, TDS, MyDeposits, Vouch and the like. I keep myself informed with the latest updates regarding the UK renting system, the latest being The Renter’s Right Bill and its implications to UK lettings as a whole.
 
With years of experience in property lettings and management, I oversee the entire rental process from marketing to tenant move in, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. I manage landlord and tenant relationships with diligence, positivity and care, focusing on maximizing rental income, maintaining property standards and delivering an exceptional service experience across every stage of the tenancy process.
